The person that ran down that poor sweet innocent women and killed in front of her 2 kids. Then the person was supposed to get charged with 1st degree murder instead only got 21 years for 2nd degree when a witness seen what happened and explained how he was smiling as he ran over her not once but 2 times. how is that justice. 8 Years of LT Joe Kenda thank you for the memories shirt. I feel just terrible over how everything happened. Kids are the most innocent in all these. My heart goes out to Joe and the kids and family that had to endure all this.

Kenda is a great person. Served our Country; as do the men and women who go to work every day….Police, Fire Fighters, and Military. However, referring to your specific post, yes, this was a good episode. It highlights the things which happen to innocent people facing evil. Homicide Hunter Lt. Kenda always felt for children which were drawn into his cases… didn’t mean to imply that this case in San Jose was a Kenda case in particular, just that it was related to in his feelings related in crimes against children in particular.
