We are not always able to avoid stress but learning to manage stress is key! Practicing ‘relaxation’ is paramount to managing stress. When we relax, the flow of blood increases around our body giving us more energy. How to avoid stress at work? Relaxation slows our heart rate, reduces our blood pressure and relieves tension. It also aids digestion as we absorb essential nutrients more efficiently when relaxed, which helps to fight off disease and infection.


I like to think I am a very understanding person, but I have reached my breaking point and have run out of patience. I cannot get any straight answer from the company as to why they took our goods knowing there would be such a delay, or why they were dishonest about the time frame. Most annoying, why I have to maintain communication rather than them accepting responsibility and giving me more frequent honest updates. Avoid stress and go camping! I understand “things happen” but I have been the one to initiate and maintain constant daily communication with this company that continues to provide me with no answers.
