These WEAK looking characters which we call “Cartoon Characters” that we allow our SONS to watch are WEAK ACTING by DESIGN. And they’re created to subliminally teach our sons to BE just like them, all EMASCULATED. Characters such as GOOFY and MICKEY MOUSE exude ZERO masculine qualities 99.9% of the time. Mickey feels validated ONLY when Minnie Mouse kisses Mickey “romantically” on the cheek. (Which is inappropriate for a child to even watch, because it’s an act that should only be done behind closed doors by an ADULT couple). Nevertheless Mickey feels validated ONLY when Minnie Mouse romantically kisses him on the cheek.

My students threw me a surprise party today to celebrate my almost-finished student teaching! I cried! Actually, I cried a lot!!! I received so many wonderful gifts and cards from my kids and teaching partners. Seriously, there are so many Disney gifts in my room right now (including a Mickey Mouse toaster!) as well as a very special Dr. Seuss book personalized by my students. So many emotions in one day. I can’t believe it’s almost done! The rewards of being a teacher! Congrats Rachel, I can’t wait to call you to sub in my room! You have made such an awesome mark on these kids. You will be missed we wish you all the best

Willow Jaymes was 3 months old yesterday. We love Mickey Mouse, learned to roll over, love to talk and be talked too, smile, we have let our first giggle out but won’t let mommy catch it on camera. We are so close to sitting on our own. We hate for our nose to be suctioned which has been done so much I can do it in my sleep thanks to RSV. We have had our first ER visit and first of I am sure many ear infections. This little angel has truly taught me many things I didn’t know about myself and I am so thankful I never have to live another year without her.
