BEWARE OF THEIR EMPLOYEES. We took my grandpa out for lunch here earlier. After leaving 5-10mins my mom noticed she forgot her phone. So I called to explain that she had forgot her phone the young lady told me She was really busy and didn’t know anything. We track the phone and it shows it’s there. We arrive and asked them and of course no one knows anything. I ask if I can speak to manager/owner. Basically they didn’t care about the situation so I told them I’d get the police involved. We head to Lake Jackson Police department mom files a report. Officer meets us at the restaurant he didn’t have to say a word and they magically found the phone

. So if you go eat there beware of your phones, wallets because I know for a fact one of the employees had it and was gonna try and make a few bucks. The place is a crap hole. The staff is a joke, not just my opinion but their own employees. I am not sure if people still go there for the fried shrimp or the crack. I worked there, and i felt ashamed to be there. There was another phone go missing while i was there. That’s My Favorite Police Officer Calls Me Mom Glitter shirt. The waitstaff was on drugs, they didn’t care about people. The tolits smelled of sewer on a regular basis. The kitchen only speaks spanish, so if you have morals and don’t speak Spanish; you should never work for lakejackson seafood.
Some of them are a lil trashy. One time I was there and over heard one of the waitress say that’s why I didn’t go back to their table because I could tell they weren’t going to tip. It’s ur job woman if u can’t keep someone’s drink at least half full and make sure they have what they need get u a different job. Never had bad food thoe. I would never support boycotting a business based on just a few complaints. The owners of this business obviously dont care about, customer service, what type of staff they hire, unhealthy conditions and that they may be hiring illegals. With that being said. Do us all a favor, boycott this place.
Police Officer Calls Me Mom
On a positive note for a different eatery, we had a “left a phone” episode at Tokyo Steakhouse. We called back, after realizing the phone was missing. It was near their closing time. Their response, we have it secure, stop by, identify it and it is yours. We did the next day, they gave it to us, and would NOT accept a reward which was offered. Their food was okay, but the service was horrible. The waitress finally took our order only when I asked another waitress to send my waitress to the table. She took the order, but never came back to our table, some young man served the food and half of the order was wrong. I had to get up and get my own refill, had to go to the register for a to go container while the waitress sat at a booth playing or texting on her phone.
